Dr. Smith was born in Lima, Peru and moved to the U.S. at the age of 12, spending the rest of her childhood in nearby Katy, Texas. From an early age, Dr. Smith was drawn to the world of healthcare. After shadowing a few dentists, she was impressed by the patient interaction paired with detail-oriented work and decided to apply to dental school after college. She attended the University of Texas at Austin for her undergraduate education, obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology in 2013.
Dr. Smith then continued her education at the University of Texas School of Dentistry in Houston where she received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. After practicing for several years as an associate dentist, Dr. Smith decided to open her own family and cosmetic dental practice near her home suburb of Katy, Texas. She strives to uphold the mission of Collective Dentistry: to deliver excellent dental care, provide a customized patient experience, and make an impact in the community.
Staff were very attentive and knowledgeable with service they provide in their clinic. Veronica (Dental Assistant) and Roberto took their time explaining the treatment and financing options. I’m excited to start my Invisalign treatment and fix my teeth alignment. Dr. Smith was very helpful with providing information about my treatments, answered all my questions and made sure I understood the entire process. I am very satisfied with overall experience at the Collective Dentistry Clinic.
Upon arrival, the aesthetic was pleasing, didn’t have that awful fluoride smell, so less intimidating. The staff ( Selena & Roberto) super personable and knowledgeable about the business, insurance ,& policies. Brianna, was great as well she was extremely thorough with explaining the procedures and picture taken of my mouth. Dr. Smith as well was patient, kind , & explained everything she was doing. Would definitely recommend this establishment.
Came in for a chipped tooth. The front office staff Roberto and Selena were super friendly and answered my ten thousand questions. Veronica the assistant made me feel so comfortable and assured me that everything was going to be alright. Was given solutions right away and we got the job done. Super happy with my experience and would definitely recommend.
